New features include:

  • Messages background colour can now be changed from blue. Each message can have their own background colour.
  • Watch files now confirm to overwrite unsaved changes when notified of external change.
  • Displays now list with their display label in preferences instead of display number.
  • Changing a message in the presets or the custom message remotely while live will change the message on the prompter (including clearing the message).
  • Improvements to the Advanced Timer: extra timer tags, warnings when timers will be skipped due to running overtime.
  • Fixed rare crash when starting to prompt.
  • Fixed issue where extenders would not show a script when loading script after prompting had started.
  • Dropped support for Windows 7/8/8.1.
  • Security and stability enhancements.

A new version of CueCast Extender has been released and is required for use with CueCast Prompter 2.1.
